1. The Contest
March Mayhem Bracket Challenge (the “Contest”) is presented by KBOT, KDLM and Leighton Broadcasting (the “Contest Sponsor”). This on-line Contest coincides with the men's college basketball championship tournament (the “Tournament”). The Contest commences on March 21, 2019 and concludes with the final game of the Tournament scheduled for April 8, 2019 (the “Contest Period”). The Contest is based upon an entrant’s predictions of the performance of various college basketball teams in various rounds (each a “Round”) in the Tournament. The Contest allows you to select which team(s) you think will win in each Round. From all eligible entries received, the winners will be determined according to the scoring rules set forth in these Official Rules. The Contest is intended for recreational purposes only and may not be used for any form of gambling. This Contest is operated by Loyal Ears Digital (the "Contest Administrator").
This contest is only open to legal US residents who are 18 years or older and MUST live within a 60 mile radius of Detroit Lakes, MN. LIMIT one (1) entry (registration) per person AND per e-mail address. Multiple entries per person or email address will be disqualified. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees, temporary employees, interns, or independent contractors of the Contest Sponsor(s), the Contest Administrator and the parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and advertising and promotion agencies, and the spouses, children, and members of household of each of the above.
